UmbrA Foundation was first known as Motivators and Research Group since the year 2019, when created by an Evangilist, Psychologist, Public Speaker and Researcher; John Kabonga H.D.
The group was created after years of Psychological and Ethical Effects Survey in Kenya's Kakuma Refugee Camp. The survey reveals that, more than 90% of Refugees who lives in the camp are much more Mentally Depressed and needs urgent Mental Health Care!
This, is due to many of them being victims of war, disasters and catastrophes in their respective countries of origin; like, Sudan, South Sudan, Somalia, Democratic Republic of Congo, Burundi, Rwanda, Ethiopia,,, extra.
Motivators and Research Group (now being UmbrA Foundation), by its founder, came up with this idea and vision of creating a positive transformation foundation which will help not only refugees in the Kakuma Refugee Camp, but also global societies.
